Last week, the World Economic Forum was held with the participation of Relex
Delegates of the Relex team, at the invitation of LATOKEN, visited the World Economic Forum and the Blockchain Economic Forum last week in Davos, Switzerland.
Director of Business Intelligence T Michael Lutas and Eurasia Marketing Officer Artem Dorokhov represented Relex at the WEF (Jan. 22–25) and the BEF (Jan. 24–26).
Speakers at the Blockchain Economic Forum included speakers such as Anthony Scaramucci of Skybridge Capital ($ 10 billion), polarizing Nouriel Roubini and Jeff Schumacher of BCG Digital Ventures. A full list of speakers is available. here.
Although the Relex team did not speak at BEF, it received permission to distribute materials and made network connections. The event was devoted to “investment, capital markets and the emergence of a global central bank,” according to a LATOKEN representative.
The World Economic Forum, to which the BEF is connected, will focus on Globalization 4.0: Shaping a Global Architecture in the Age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The participants included people like Bill Gates, as well as more than 250 political leaders from the G20 and other international organizations. Relex will also attend events at WEF.
Relex was invited to the events by LATOKEN, one of the exchanges that trades the RLX token. Relex began a strategic relationship with LATOKEN in August 2018.
While members of the Relex team were represented at an event in Europe, CEO Keith Hilden and team counsel Andrea Romaoli Garcia (ambassador to the UN and international lawyer for the blockchain) will represent Relex in North Vietnam.
They joined a delegation consisting of representatives of the government, the media and private business who travel to North Vietnam to conduct a charity and development trip.
Vietnam is the new China- its GDP has exceeded China’s for 2018, and is expected to grow at 7% for 2019. Vietnam is the new global growth story, and a future Korea, a future Japan.
Furthermore, the project being executed at the Vietnam-China border spells heavy implications for China and Chinese economy, Chinese blockchain industry as a whole.
